1. BF is not easy klu x cukup ilmu di dada..tp ia xde lar susah mana pun..
2. setiap pmpuan ade hormon prolaktin (hormon susu) approx. 5nml (right me if wrong)..then, hormon prolaktin ini trus mngkt kpd 200nml once got pregnant..so, tipu lar klu ade yg kata dia xde susu..(fyi, even lelaki pun ade hormon prolaktin)
3. since preggie juga kite kena lngkpkn all BF-gadjets esp. breastpump, storage bottles, cooler bag, ice pack..optional, leh sediakn warmer, sterilizer etc..(aku sedih ble tgk mom-to-be byk sediakn keperluan utk FM like milk container, pacifier, feeding bottles instead of BF-gadjets)
4. rite after deliver..dunt ever expected yg susu akn kluar memancut2 mcm pili bomba..ape yg perlu kita tahu, fr the 1st 3 dys, yg kluar hnyalah KOLOSTRUM..lps tu barular susu akn keluar..wpun kite x nmpk susu tu kluar, tp percaya lar susu itu ada dgn syarat breastfeed baby..hnye hisapan bby yg mmpu meransangkn susu keluar pd ketika ini..wpun susu yg kluar hnye lar sbyk 1 sudu teh skalipun, tp ia cukup memadai bg newborn bby krn perut dorang kecil sgt ms nie..yg nie rmai yg silap ingt susu xde..ended up bg FM laks.. 5. BF concept is demand vs supply..BF bby sekerap yg mngkin coz bby is the best pump
6. besides, kerapkn juga pumping gune breastpump or tangan
7. BF exclusively for 6 mths (no FM, no pacifier, no air masak, no solid foods, BF at least 10x per day)
8. slps exclusive BF (after 6 mths), still teruskn fully-BF (no FM) hngga 2 yrs..time ni bby dh blh diperkenalkn dgn solid food..
9. bby below 1 yr, wpun bby dh mkn solid foods, tp susu ibu still mkanan utama bby..solid food hnya diperkenalkn utk bg bby merasa tekstur makanan..
10. BF-bby still blh truskn BF tnpa solid foods hngga 1 yr++
11. mkn lar byk mana pun segala bnda penambah susu, tp tak kerapkn BF/pump -->> susu tetap kurang
12. utk maintain milk supply, BF+pump at least 8x per day (klu anda x snggup nk buat cmnie, jgn nk komplen susu kurang hokeyy)
13. pump tgh mlm hngga pagi buta sgt bagus sbb time ni hormon prolaktin plg byk..
14. jgn stress/tension..nie blh buat susu merundum
15. amalkn mnum segelas air suam b4 & after BF/pump
16. jika rasa susu kurang, kerapkn BF+PUMP+BF+PUMP.. buknnye stop BF
17. rmai slalu anggp bile bby nangis sbb susu x cukup (cmne kite leh tau laks ek..bby bgtau ke??)..bby mnangis bkn sbb x ckup susu semata2..mybe bby kembung perut, nk didukung, nk dipeluk, t'lalu panas, t'lalu sejuk etc..
18. start buat stock EBM since dlm pntang sbb time ni susu kita mewah
19. stiap ibu itu Allah dh kurniakn susu yg ckup utk anknya provided ibu itu perlu berusaha lebih
20. org yg ade PCOS pun ade yg still leh BF anknya..inikn pula kita yg xde sakit kronik ape2.. 21. FM boleh merosakkn usus bby krn FM ade gula yg b'lbhn didlmnya..so, usus bby kena b'keja keras utk singkirkn gula
22. BF-bby mmg akn kerap nk susu sbb susu ibu mudah dihadam compared to FM yg lmbt dihadam..dats y BF-bby akn mnyusu within 1-2 hrs instead of FM-bby 3-4 hrs..
23. jgn bg botol t'lalu awl pd bby..tends to nipple confusion (the earliest after a mth)
24. BF do not sag your breast..pregnancy does..
25. kuantiti susu ibu x b'gntung pd size bdn or size breast (fyi, i'm a petite-ibu wif 35.5kg & 152cm..bra size32 cup A.. but then, i've managed to fully BF fr almost 2 yrs)
26. mengapa still nk bg FM kt bby walhal kita ade susu sndiri yg sgt hebat..yg tiada tndingan dgn mane2 FM di pasaran..?? sudahkh kita b'ikhtiar dgn b'sungguh2 sblm bg FM pd bby..??
